I looked at a bunch of different fish stews from France/Italy/Portugal but my ingredients didn’t quite match any one specific recipe, so I just took the general concept and made my own with what I did have. It was fucking banging, and I definitely want to do it more. Another classically quick and easy recipe, I’d highly recommend giving this a go. I used Pollock but I think any fish that isn’t really flaky would work great, or any other type of seafood.
